Acceptable use policy
- Version:
- 2026-10-01
- Operator:
- Meridian Digital Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes businesses and activities for which Meridian Digital Enterprises LLC will not provide, or will only provide after review, access to the Allidian software. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
This AUP governs access to our software. It is separate from, and in addition to, your payment provider's own prohibited and restricted business lists and underwriting decisions. A business permitted under this AUP may still be declined by a provider.
1. Prohibited businesses
We do not provide checkout software for the following business models:
- Debt relief / credit repair
- Gambling & games of chance
- Adult content & services
- Weapons, ammunition & explosives
- Drugs & drug paraphernalia
- Multi-level marketing
- Money services / stored value
2. Restricted businesses
The following categories require internal manual review before we will help route an application to any provider. Review does not guarantee access, and providers make their own decisions:
- Events & ticketing
- Travel & accommodation
- Nutraceuticals & supplements
- CBD products
- Telemedicine
- Cryptocurrency & digital assets
- Dating services
- Tobacco & vaping
- Any business not described by our standard categories
3. Prohibited activities
- Illegal products or services, or activity that violates applicable law or sanctions.
- Fraud, deceptive marketing, or misrepresentation of your identity, products or terms.
- Processing payments on behalf of other businesses (factoring or aggregation) without authorisation.
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempting to circumvent security controls, rate limits or tenant isolation, or probing other accounts.
- Sending card data through any channel other than the provider's secure fields.
4. Enforcement
We may request information, limit features, or suspend access to the Services where we reasonably believe this AUP is being violated. Providers may separately restrict or close provider accounts under their own policies.
