How long does approval take?

Building and testing start immediately. Approval for live payments is up to the payment provider and depends on your business; most of the waiting is their verification, and your dashboard shows what's outstanding.

What do I need to apply?

Your business details, what you sell, expected volumes, your refund and delivery policies, your website if you have one, and the owner's details for the provider's identity checks.

Do I talk to sales?

No. Everything up to Enterprise plans is self-service. Our team reviews applications that need it, such as those in restricted industries.
