Frequently asked questions

Do card details pass through my store?

No. Customers enter card details in the payment provider's secure fields, either on the hosted page or inside an isolated frame on your site.

Which store platforms are supported?

WooCommerce has a ready-made plugin. Any other platform or custom store can use hosted checkout or the REST API with copyable examples for Node, Python and PHP.

When is an order marked as paid?

When your server receives a signed checkout.session.completed webhook. The WooCommerce plugin also re-fetches the session and checks the amount and currency before completing the order.
