Provider and processing disclosures

Meridian Digital Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operates Allidian as a payments software platform (an independent software vendor). We provide software for onboarding, checkout, payment links, invoicing, subscriptions, reporting and developer tools.

We are not a bank, payment processor, acquirer, money transmitter or payment facilitator. We never hold, receive or settle merchant funds, and we do not approve or underwrite merchants.

The merchant using Allidian is the merchant of record for its sales and is responsible for its products, services, pricing, refunds, taxes, customer support and compliance with applicable law. Card statements show the merchant's details as configured with its provider.

Payment processing, underwriting and settlement are performed by independent, licensed or authorised third-party payment providers under the merchant's own agreement with that provider. The provider alone decides whether to approve, restrict, suspend or close a merchant's provider account, sets processing fees, and pays out funds directly to the merchant's bank account.

Disputes and chargebacks are handled under the provider's process and card network rules.

Payment processing services for merchants on Allidian that use Stripe are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement (collectively, the "Stripe Services Agreement"). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a merchant using Stripe through Allidian, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as it may be modified by Stripe from time to time.

As a condition of Allidian enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Allidian accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorise Allidian to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

Merchants connect Stripe accounts in their own name through Stripe Connect hosted onboarding.

Integration with NMI-based gateways is in development and is not yet available. Any additional provider will be listed here, with its applicable terms, before it is offered to merchants.

Our software subscription fees are described on our pricing page and billed separately from provider processing fees.

We do not apply transaction-level platform fees by default. A platform fee is applied only where the merchant has expressly consented to it (recorded with the fee consent version current at the time, currently 2026-10-01) and the provider supports it. Any such fee will be disclosed before consent.

Card details are entered into the provider's secure hosted fields and are collected by the provider. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
