Do I need a sales call or a setup appointment?
No. Sign up, apply, connect your provider, integrate and go live from your dashboard. We don't install checkout on your website or require an onboarding call; the step-by-step guides, plugin, SDKs and automated connection tests cover it. Going live is always subject to your payment provider's approval, and some business categories need a compliance review before live placement. Custom pricing is optional, never a prerequisite.
Do your plan prices include payment processing fees?
No. Our plans cover the software only. Payment processing fees (for example, per-transaction card fees) are set and charged by your payment provider under your own agreement with them, and are billed or deducted by the provider separately. Your provider's published or negotiated pricing applies.
Does Allidian take a percentage of my sales?
Not by default. We don't deduct any platform fee from your payments. A transaction-level platform fee only applies where you have expressly agreed to it in writing (for example, as part of a Custom plan) and where your provider supports it, and it will always be shown clearly before you accept.
Is the Developer plan really free?
Yes. The Developer plan gives you a full sandbox environment with test API keys, test payments and webhooks at no cost, with no time limit. It cannot accept live payments; upgrade to a paid plan when you're ready to go live.
How do free trials work?
Starter, Growth and Business include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial. Live payments still require your payment provider to approve your account.
Does a paid plan guarantee my provider account will be approved?
No. Merchant approval is decided solely by the payment provider, based on their own underwriting and policies. A subscription to our software does not guarantee approval, and we cannot approve merchants ourselves.
Do you hold or pay out my funds?
No. We never hold merchant funds. Payments are processed by your provider and settled from the provider directly to your bank account according to your provider's payout schedule.
Can I switch plans or pay annually?
Yes. You can change plans from your billing settings. Annual billing costs the equivalent of ten months, two months free compared with paying monthly.
What happens if I go over a plan limit?
Limits such as the number of payment links or team members apply when you create something new. Items you've already created keep working; you'll be asked to upgrade before creating more.
