For marketplaces
Marketplace payments, with your commission built in.
Invite sellers to verify with a licensed payment provider, create checkouts on their behalf, and keep a commission on every sale. Each seller is the merchant of record for its own sales, and Allidian transfers your commission to your account automatically.
One application. No sales call. Build in a free sandbox while your provider reviews it.

What gets in the way
Every seller must be verified before they can be paid
Your commission should come off each sale without chasing sellers for it
Refunds need to return the right share of your commission

How we help
Seller onboarding
Create a seller in the dashboard or with one API call and send them a provider-hosted onboarding link. Identity checks and bank details stay with the provider.
Learn moreCheckout on behalf of sellers
Add on_behalf_of to a checkout: the buyer pays the seller directly, with the seller's name on the checkout.
Learn moreAutomatic commission
Set a default rate per seller or an amount per order. It is kept from the payment, transferred to you, and reversed proportionally on refunds.

Allidian is payment software. Payments are processed by a licensed provider under your own account with them, and the provider decides whether to approve your business. How provider-powered payments work
Frequently asked questions
How is my commission paid?
It is kept from each payment by the payment provider and transferred to your own provider account automatically. Every transfer appears in your dashboard and sends a transfer.paid webhook.
Who is the merchant of record?
The seller. Each seller has their own verified account with the payment provider, their name appears on the checkout, and the sale is theirs. You never hold sellers' money.
Can one checkout include items from several sellers?
Not today. Create one checkout per seller; splitting a single payment across several sellers is on our roadmap.
What happens to my commission when an order is refunded?
The refund returns the matching share of your commission to the seller. If your commission was already transferred, that share is reversed from your account.
Is it available for live payments?
You can build and test the full flow in sandbox today. Live use requires the payment provider to approve this payment flow for your platform.
