Why provider approval is required
Why a licensed provider must review your business before you can go live.
Allidian is a software platform. We're not a bank, payment processor, money transmitter or payment facilitator, and we never hold your funds. The payment provider is the regulated party that processes payments for you.
Payment providers are required by law and card network rules to verify the businesses they work with, sometimes called KYC (know your customer) and underwriting. That's why the provider, not us, decides whether to approve your account.
What this means for you
- Approval isn't guaranteed by any plan or by us.
- Review times and outcomes are set by the provider.
- The provider may ask for more information, or restrict an account, at any time.
- Some business types are restricted or not supported, see our acceptable use policy.
