Payments glossary
What is embedded checkout?
Embedded checkout places a payment form inside the merchant's own website or app, usually through a provider-controlled frame, so the customer never leaves the page.
Card fields run in an isolated frame served by the provider, so card data goes straight to the provider rather than to the merchant's servers.
Sites must usually be authorized to embed checkout, which protects against clickjacking.
How it works in Allidian
Allidian embedded checkout mounts with a script tag or React component and only renders on domains you've verified.
